Coaching & accompagnement
By filling in our questionnaire. It commits you to nothing and simply allows our coaches to get back to you quickly, talk with you, understand your goals and needs, and point you towards the offer and the coach that suit you.
We have an offer for every need. Do you need medium or long-term coaching, or simply a conversation and guidance on one specific problem? If you need help deciding, fill in our questionnaire and one of our coaches will get back to you quickly with advice.
Coaching runs through WhatsApp. After each session you send your feedback (with videos and context) to your coach, who replies within 24h with technical feedback and advice you can apply in your next session. Our coaches are available 7 days a week so support is always there when you need it.
Our services can be available to minors with the agreement of a guardian or legal representative. We strongly recommend supervising the practice so that it takes place in the safest possible setting.
PDF programmes
It is sent by email as a download link. Do check your spam folder if you cannot find it, or contact us with your order number if there is a problem. Please note: the download is single-use. If anything goes wrong, contact support.
Not at all. The programme includes a level of individualisation that allows anyone to follow it, provided they have listened to and applied the advice and explanatory videos.
Within about 5 minutes. Once the purchase is complete you quickly receive the order confirmation email and, right after it, an email containing the link to download the programme.
At present, no: as the product is sold online, once it has been sent there is no way to reverse the sale and process a return.
