Products and services

The products offered for sale by SBD4EVER are training programmes in PDF format and private coaching services. The details and precise nature of each product are available on that product's description page.

Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (€) and clearly stated on each product page. The current price of the PDF programme is €49.99. SBD4EVER reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is due immediately on ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Payment can be made by bank card or via PayPal. The transaction is secured by our partner Shopify.

Digital products and refunds

Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once the product has been purchased, the user has access to the downloadable content and therefore expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation in force on the distance selling of digital products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for downloadable digital files once the download has begun with the consumer's explicit agreement and their waiver of that right. This agreement and waiver are confirmed by clicking a dedicated button before reaching the payment page.

Liability

SBD4EVER is not liable for damage of any kind, material or immaterial, that may result from improper use of the products sold. In any event, SBD4EVER's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the defendant's place of residence.
